Elise McGee
Founder & Director
Relationships and community are essential for a fulfilling and prosperous life. This realization dawned on me during my 20+ years in sales and service within my community. Throughout this journey, I experienced a profound transformation in my heart and life, understanding that it is giving that truly enriches our existence.
My passion for helping others reach their fullest potential has always been strong, and God brought remarkable individuals into my life who connected me with the homeless population in Upstate SC. Drawing from my own life experiences, I understand that most of us are just one job loss, mental or physical health challenge, or family crisis away from facing homelessness.

- Current solutions typically depend on government subsidies, often leaving individuals or families entangled in the public welfare system indefinitely.
- Extensive research by the federal government and Continuum of Care highlights the importance of non-congregate housing solutions for long-term individual independence and success.
- It is crucial not to overlook ancillary community and supportive services while individuals strive for a thriving and fulfilling future. Tailored programs will be developed in collaboration with the Upstate Continuum of Care for each individual or family, addressing their specific needs such as health and wellness, financial support, mental health counseling, job skills and training, transportation, legal assistance, and more.
